Easy Meatloaf Recipe

Keto-Friendly Meatloaf Recipe

Serves 8 | Total Time: 1 Hour 20 Minutes

Prep time: 20 Minutes   

Cook Time: 45 Minutes – 1 Hour

INGREDIENTS

2             lbs         Ground Beef

½            cup       Sugar-Free Ketchup

½            cup        Almond Flour

1             medium   Yellow Onion, Diced

6             clove     Garlic, Minced

2             tbsp       Worcestershire Sauce

1             tbsp       Thyme, chopped

1             tbsp       Oregano, chopped

1             tsp          Garlic powder

1             tsp          Onion powder

2             tsp          Salt

2             tsp         Pepper 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 F. While the oven is preheating, grease a 9 x 5 baking pan with pan spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except ketchup) in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Once everything Is mixed well, place this beef mix in the greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes, then pull out of the oven and top with the sugar-free ketchup.  Then place back in the oven and bake for 15 -30 minutes. Or until the medium temperature is 155F
  4. Once the meatloaf reaches temperature, pull out of the oven and rest for 20 – 30 minutes.
