Keto-Friendly Meatloaf Recipe

Cook Time: 45 Minutes – 1 Hour
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Ground Beef
½ cup Sugar-Free Ketchup
½ cup Almond Flour
1 medium Yellow Onion, Diced
6 clove Garlic, Minced
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Thyme, chopped
1 tbsp Oregano, chopped
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat an oven to 350 F. While the oven is preheating, grease a 9 x 5 baking pan with pan spray.
- Combine all ingredients (except ketchup) in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Once everything Is mixed well, place this beef mix in the greased loaf pan.
- Bake the meatloaf for 30 minutes, then pull out of the oven and top with the sugar-free ketchup. Then place back in the oven and bake for 15 -30 minutes. Or until the medium temperature is 155F
- Once the meatloaf reaches temperature, pull out of the oven and rest for 20 – 30 minutes.
