Keto Breakfast Burrito Recipe

Equipment:
Large saute pan
INGREDIENTS
4 keto tortilla
4 oz ground sausage
6 egg, lightly beaten
6 oz green pepper, sliced
7 oz avocado, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp butter
DIRECTIONS
Instructions:
- Place a large saute pan on medium heat and add the butter.
- Once the pan is hot, add the ground sausage and brown well completely. Cook for 6 minutes then remove from the pan and set aside.
- Place the large saute pan back on the heat then add the beaten eggs, stir to scramble. Cook the eggs for 2 minutes then transfer to a bowl.
- Build the breakfast burrito by spreading a base of sour cream in the center of the keto tortilla.
- Top the sour cream with the scrambled egg, green pepper, avocado, cheddar cheese, and cooked sausage.
- Fold both ends of the tortilla to the center then roll tightly to form the breakfast burrito.
