- Canola/Olive Oil Non-Stick Cooking Spray – spray the balloons before dipping, otherwise, the balloons will stick to the chocolate bowls. You can buy it online here on Walmart.
- Baking sheets
- Tray – to place the balloons after dipping.

- Break the chocolate bar into smaller pieces, put it into a bowl, and place it over a pot with simmering water until melted.

2 Tablespoons Water
½ Cup Sugar

- In a small pan, boil together 2 tablespoons of water and sugar. Once the temperature reaches 245 °F, pour the hot syrup on the pistachios and keep stirring until the syrup crystallizes.
