My personal favorite tuna is StarKist solid white albacore tuna in extra virgin olive oil.

2 cans of tuna, drained
3 green onions, chopped (½ cup)
½ bell pepper, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 teaspoon mustard
½ lemon, juiced
1 ½ mayo
2 pickled cucumbers, chopped (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make Tuna Sandwich Without Mayo?
It is really easy to make this tuna sandwich without mayo, all you need to do is to substitute the mayo with a tablespoon of olive oil. I love using quality olive oil like this extra virgin olive oil which is also rich in flavor, but any other high-quality olive oil will be good here.
The purpose of using this oil is to help all the ingredients stick together. Another option is to use canned tuna with olive oil and just keep some of the oil when you make the salad.
How Long Does Tuna Salad Last in the Fridge?
This tuna salad for sandwiches will last in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days. Beyond this time, it is not safe to be eaten anymore.
