Start off with therapeutic poses and a few rounds of cat-cow to get things moving. Then, move on to standing poses and finish with malasana, supine twists and breathwork.

Sarah Beth makes the list again with a morning yoga routine to keep you flexible all throughout your day. Clocking in just one second short of 30 minutes (who’s counting, right?), the routine starts with cow pose.
