1. Pumpkin Cold Foam Inspired by Starbucks
Starbucks’ pumpkin drinks are always very popular. Add in pumpkin cold foam and you have a delightful drink that’s perfect when watching Hallmark movies. Midwest Nice Blog shows you how to make this drink with just a blender and a few ingredients:
- Heavy whipping cream
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Vanilla extract
- Pumpkin puree
- Pumpkin pie spice
You’ll whisk your cream, milk and vanilla together and then add in your pumpkin ingredients. Mix until smooth and then place in your refrigerator.
While your cream is cooling, add your cold brew coffee to a glass with ice. Pulse your cream in the blender and when it’s thick and fluffy, pour it on top of your coffee.
2. Viral Cracking Latte
TikTok made this cracking latte viral, and it actually tastes pretty good. You’ll need just a handful of ingredients:
- Milk
- 2 shots of espresso
- Monin vanilla syrup
- Melted chocolate
- Ice cubes
Start by melting your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl before pouring in a plastic cup and swirling to coat the inside. Add your ice cubes to the cup and then top with the remaining ingredients.
But, be sure that the espresso is freshly brewed and hot.
You can then choose to drink your delish latte with a straw, but some people prefer to use a spoon. For me, I just drink it like normal and only add a straw if I want to take things slowly.

3. Maple Pecan Latte
Something about maple pecan at this time of year is so enticing. It’s sweet, warm, delish and a tad crunchy, but it works so well together. You’ll start by brewing your favorite coffee and set it aside while you heat milk in a small saucepan on medium heat until it’s warm.
Whisk your milk until it’s frothy.
Back to your coffee. Add in your maple syrup and vanilla extract and stir until it’s combined well. You’ll then want to pour in your milk and stir gently. Finally, if you want to add a bit of sweetness, you can top it with whipped cream.
Sprinkle your tablespoon of pecans on top and then drink up.
4. Iced Carrot Cake Latte
Carrot cake latte is a recipe that I would have never thought of if I weren’t researching this list of home cafe recipes. For this recipe, you’ll make a thick foam out of cream cheese, vanilla syrup, heavy cream and whole milk.
It’s as easy as adding all of these ingredients into a glass jar and using your handy milk frother to mix until it’s creamy.
Set the foam to the side and then add ice to a tall glass. Pour in your carrot cake syrup, top with milk and then stir well. Finally, pour your espresso on top and then add your cream to complete this delectable drink.
5. Pecan Crunch Oat Milk Latte
This drink screams, “fall!” I think the secret is that you’re making a true pecan syrup with real pecans rather than buying artificial syrup in the store. Give yourself a jolt of caffeine with two shots of espresso, or opt for decaf if you wish.
Oat milk and creamer, brown sugar, pecans, vanilla and butter extracts, butter and sea salt round out the remaining ingredients.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, chop up your pecans and add them on top of the baking sheet. Melt butter in a small saucepan and remove from heat, then add in your vanilla extract, brown sugar and sea salt.
Stir the mixture until it forms a thick paste and then coat your pecans, toss and bake. Remove and allow them to cool before making your syrup. For the rest of the recipe, fill a glass ¾ of the way with ice, pour in milk and then your syrup.
Brew your espresso shots and pour over the ice and milk.
You can level up this recipe by frothing your oat creamer and pouring it on top before adding a handful of chopped pecans.
6. Biscoff Iced Latte
Do you have five minutes? If so, this iced latte must be at the top of your list. You’ll need a few ingredients that I know I don’t have in my house:
Otherwise, you’ll need coffee, double cream and milk. You’ll find that the Biscoff is sweet enough that you don’t need to add sugar to the drink. Blend your Biscoff spread with your hot coffee before pouring in your ice and milk.
If you prefer your drink a touch thicker, whisk the cream until it’s thick.
And, of course, sprinkle some crushed biscuits on top, but this step is optional if you want your drink to be a little lighter.
7. Cinnamon Roll Iced Latte
Cinnamon roll iced lattes offer a sweet drink perfect for cold days in front of the television in your pajamas. You can opt for regular coffee or a double shot of espresso; either will be chilled for the recipe.
First, place a small saucepan on the stove over medium heat and then combine water, cinnamon and brown sugar. You’ll keep it on the stove until the sugar dissolves and you’re left with a thick sugar mixture.
Brew a strong half cup of coffee, or choose two shots of espresso, and allow it to cool completely before moving on to the next step.

Add your nutmeg and orange slices, simmer more and then strain before serving.
