Healthy wrap recipes are perfect for busy weekday lunches when you don’t have time to cook. We always have at least a few wrap recipes in our lunch rotation, along with our favorite gluten-free flatbread recipes.
But if you’re looking to try something beyond the basic turkey and cheese wrap, I have 17+ delish recipes that you won’t be able to get enough of.
17+ Delish Wrap Recipes We Can’t Stop Eating
1. Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Wrap
I love this recipe because the mix of sweet and tangy is the perfect pick-me-up in the afternoon. Plus, it’s a simple recipe that’s satisfying. Just fill a flour tortilla with chicken breast, BBQ sauce, pineapple, mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings. Wrap it up and enjoy! I like to add romaine lettuce and green onions.
2. Pork Souvlaki Pita Wraps
Here’s a different take on a traditional wrap, and it’s loaded with Mediterranean flavor. It’s eaten more like a gyro than a regular wrap. Classic Greek pork souvlaki pairs with a delicious tzatziki sauce, fresh red onions and tomatoes, all in a pocketless pita.
If you have the time, I highly recommend making your own pita bread. You can follow the recipe below:
3. Loaded Italian Wrap
A simple wrap recipe that doesn’t compromise on flavor. It’s packed with all of your favorite Italian deli meats (salami, ham and pepperoni). Just top with lettuce, Italian seasoning and pepperoncini peppers. Simple yet so tasty. Try using a low-carb wrap if you want an even healthier option.
4. Greek Crunchwrap Supreme
I’m always on the lookout for healthy wrap recipes that put a lighter twist on fast food or restaurant recipes. Everyone knows Taco Bell’s Crunchwrap Supreme – and how bad it is for your health.
This recipe is healthier and, in my opinion, much tastier. It’s a little more complicated to make, but you can do it all ahead of time. And it’s so worth it.
The lemony chicken and olive filling is amazing, but the roasted red pepper sauce is the star of the show here. It has chickpeas and pumpkin seeds, so you’ll need a food processor to make it.
5. Tandoori Chicken Naan Wraps
Swap your usual wraps for toasted naan and enjoy this fresh, flavorful recipe. It’s filled with healthy veggies and tandoori spiced chicken. The spice list is long, but you likely have most of them in your pantry already. And once the chicken is ready, the rest is a breeze. You’ll need some naan bread, lettuce, cucumber, red onion and your chutney of choice.

6. Roasted Veggie Hummus Wraps with Feta
A vegetarian option for your weekly lunch rotation, filled with fresh peppers, onion, zucchini, leafy greens, feta cheese and hummus. While this recipe recommends roasting the veggies, you can eat them raw if you’re pressed for time. Just slice the zucchini thin, so they’re easy to eat.
7. Spicy Sriracha Tuna Wraps
A spicy take on the classic tuna salad. The recipe is super simple. Prepare a traditional tuna salad (tuna, mayo, celery and onion) and add your favorite sriracha sauce. Top your wrap with tomato and lettuce.
Super simple yet healthy and satisfying.
8. Chicken Avocado Wrap
Looking for quick and healthy wrap recipes? You’ll love this one! If you have leftover cooked chicken, you can have lunch ready in just a few minutes. Just top a tortilla with avocado, chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato and your favorite dressing. I recommend ranch or a dressing with a similar texture. Vinaigrettes can get messy.
9. Easy Vegan Tofu Shawarma (Vegan)
Looking for a vegan wrap recipe? This tofu shawarma is delicious and loaded with spices. I love that the tofu is sliced into small, thin pieces, so it gets nice and crispy in the oven.
You’ll need a ton of spices for this recipe, but you likely have most of them already.
Try making your own vegan tzatziki to serve with this, or you can top it with whipped feta for a different take.
Here’s a great tutorial on how to make vegan tzatziki:
10. Spicy Tofu Wraps with Avocado (Vegan)
Another delicious vegan wrap recipe. I’m not normally a fan of tofu, but the way it’s prepared in this recipe is perfect. You won’t miss meat at all!
I like to prepare the components of these wraps ahead of time and just assemble them when I’m ready to eat them.
You’ll need a good blender to make the spicy avocado sauce, but once you’ve tried it, you’ll want to eat it all the time. The only complaint I have is that there’s no recipe for the cashew garlic sauce, so you may need to skip that component.

11. Thai Peanut Wraps
One of my favorite wraps for lunch, this Thai peanut recipe has you chopping and shredding a lot, so I do recommend that you have a food processor. You will need quite a few ingredients, such as cabbage, carrots, red bell peppers, edamame, cilantro, green onions, honey-roasted peanuts, tortilla wraps and wonton strips.
And the sauce requires soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, honey, garlic, peanut butter and a few other ingredients.
12. Sweet Chili Halloumi Wrap
If you’ve never had halloumi cheese, don’t worry – here’s a link to buy it on Amazon. And while you’re trying something new, the rest of the ingredients are pretty standard and include:
- Sweet chili sauce
- Cucumbers
- Greek yogurt
- Baby gem letter
- Large white wraps
- Carrots
- Coriander
- Garlic
- Lime juice
You will also need red pepper flakes, rapeseed oil and salt and pepper. A non-stick frying pan is recommended for this recipe, and you’ll even learn how to make your own tzatziki sauce.
13. BLT Wraps
Healthy wrap recipes that include bacon? You read that right. These delicious wraps taste great when the bacon is ultra-crispy, and you’ll fill them with:
- Tomatoes
- Iceberg lettuce
- Red wine vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
You’ll need to cook the bacon in a large skillet, and aside from this, the rest of the prep and cooking is super simple.
14. Hummus Avocado Veggie Wrap
Don’t feel like cooking and want something that is both delicious and takes just 15 minutes to put together? You won’t need to dirty any pots or pans or have any special skill sets to make this wrap. The only items you’ll need to make this are:
- Veggie or wheat wraps
- Artichokes
- Hummus
- Olives
- Red onion
- Cucumber
- Pepperoncini peppers
- Oregano
- Red wine vinegar
- Tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
And, of course, you’ll also need some avocadoes and greens to go with it. Healthy and vegetarian, you’re sure to love the taste of these wraps.
15. Southwest Chicken Wraps
Flavor-filled wraps like these are always a good option if you’re on a high-protein diet because they have 31 grams of protein. However, they are carb-heavy, with 82 grams of carbs. You can swap out the tortillas for healthier ones to lower the carbohydrates a bit.
But the carbs don’t make this wrap any less delicious.
If you want to up the flavor a bit, you can let the chicken marinate for 24 hours. A food processor is needed to make the Southwest cream sauce that has:
- Sour cream
- Honey
- Chipotle peppers
- Lime juice
- Cilantro
- Water
- Salt
16. Mediterranean Chickpea Wraps
Chickpea wraps are filled with protein, and you’ll be adding some spice to them in this recipe. Add garlic tahini sauce, spinach, cucumber salad and hummus, and you have a Greek-inspired wrap that is healthy for you and super-easy to put together.
Prep time is 15 minutes, and in twenty minutes, you’ll be taking your first bite.
If you’re meal prepping and want to make these a few days ahead of time, they’ll stay good while offering a meal that has 16 grams of protein and less than 500 calories in each serving.
17. Amazing Chipotle Chicken Wrap
For a chicken wrap, this recipe takes a little longer to make than most, but it’s still a delight for your taste buds. You’ll be making a basic chicken marinade with coriander, sugar, adobo sauce, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, olive oil and a handful of spices.
But the flavor really comes from the smokey chipotle sauce that you’ll make with:
- Low-fat mayo
- Sour cream
- Fresh lime juice
- Cloves
- Honey
- Adobo sauce

18. Copycat Starbucks Spinach Feta Wrap
Copycat recipes are a great option because they taste delightful and are often much healthier than what you’ll find at Starbucks. This recipe has double the protein (36 grams). You’ll fill the wrap with mouth-watering feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, shredded mozzarella, egg whites and spinach for an authentic Mediterranean flavor.
Total time with prep is just 20 minutes, and you’ll need a baking sheet and skillet to get started.
19. Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps
Chicken wraps with ranch, bacon, cheddar, green onions, tomatoes and lettuce are always fan favorites. You only need 15 minutes to prep these wraps because they call for rotisserie chicken, so it doesn’t get any easier than assembling these wraps.
If you want to turn this recipe up a notch, you can always try air-frying it to melt the cheese, but it’s not necessary.
