On those busy nights when you’re pressed for time, it can be stressful to figure out dinner. Hitting the drive-thru or ordering take-out isn’t cheap or healthy. That’s why I keep a list of my favorite one sheet pan meals right in my kitchen. These meals cook up fast and without using every dish in the kitchen. Here are 25 of my favorite recipes.
25 One Sheet Pan Meals for the Busy Home Cook
1. Sheet Pan Lemon Garlic Chicken
I love this recipe because it takes just a few minutes of prep and 20 minutes of marinade time. Plus, it’s a healthy meal, thanks to the potatoes and broccoli. I recommend using high-quality Dijon mustard for the marinade and fresh lemon juice – not the bottled kind.
2. Sheet Pan Steak and Vegetables
It’s never been easier to make a delicious and satisfying steak dinner. This recipe calls for all of the veggies that pair best with a good steak: potatoes, green beans, mushrooms and onions.
You’ll need a large sheet pan for this recipe to hold all of those veggies.
3. Balsamic Chicken and
One sheet pan meals don’t have to be complicated, and this recipe is proof of that. The balsamic vinegar and Italian dressing marinade are what give this dish so much flavor. While this recipe calls for broccoli, tomatoes and carrots, you can use whatever veggies you want.
4. Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables
Here’s a recipe that I love because it’s so flavorful and you can use any veggies you want. This recipe calls for Brussels sprouts, potatoes, mushrooms and peppers, but you can use whatever you have on hand. You can also use any type of sausage you want, making this dish perfect for busy nights.
5. Gnocchi and Vegetables
Gnocchi is a great option for sheet pan meals, and you don’t even have to boil them before baking. This recipe is loaded with flavor, thanks to the bell peppers, tomatoes, basil and rosemary. Splurge on a good burrata cheese for this one – it’s worth it.
6. Sheet Pan Thai Chicken
Looking for something a little different for dinner? If you’re a fan of Thai food, you’ll love this recipe. It’s healthy, too. Along with lean protein, this recipe also calls for fresh bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, ginger and onion. Red curry paste, coconut milk and a honey, peanut butter lime sauce complete this flavorful dish.

7. Greek Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
Fresh and zesty is the best way to describe this dish. While you can use any cut of chicken you want, I recommend chicken thighs because they’ll add fat and flavor to the dish. Tomatoes, feta, onion, olives, zucchini and fresh herbs will make this dish a favorite for the family.

Here’s a super simple recipe that doesn’t skimp on flavor and offers you a balanced meal. The Parmesan and breadcrumb crust locks in the flavor and keeps the chicken juicy. Roasted potatoes and green beans add essential vitamins and minerals.

This sheet pan meal is so colorful and healthy. Best of all, it’s ready to eat in 30-40 minutes. 11. Chili-Honey Chicken and Sweet Potatoes with Cilantro Yogurt
This is one of the simplest one sheet pan meals out there, but it’s packed with flavor, thanks to the cilantro yogurt. The sweet potatoes are the perfect complement, but you can add even more veggies if you want. Green beans would be a great choice.
12. Curry Butter Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Tahini
There’s so much to love about this recipe. It’s a little spicy. It’s a little sweet, and it’s very healthy. You’ll need some items that you may not have in your pantry already, like yellow curry powder, chickpeas and red Harissa sauce, but the whole dish comes together easily.

13. Lemon Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus
Shrimp is perfect for a one sheet pan meal. The lemon juice and fresh parsley add zesty flavors, and the asparagus adds essential vitamins and minerals. If you want to make this meal more filling, you can add roasted potatoes to the pan.
14. Sheet Pan Sausage, Peppers, and Potatoes
Sausage is one of the most widely used ingredients on this list. You’ll want a fully smoked, cooked pound of sausage. Paprika, Italian seasoning and red pepper add a punch of flavor along with the green pepper, red onion and Worcestershire sauce.
You’ll also need two pounds of baby potatoes to add a nice flavor.
15. Easy Pierogi Sausage and Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner
Pierogis bring back memories, and to see them in this dish, brings a smile to my face. You’ll add pierogis, kielbasa, bell peppers, garlic, red onion, thyme and sriracha sauce. But, you will be buying the frozen pierogis because making them from scratch does take quite a bit of time.
16. Kielbasa Sheet Pan Dinner with Sauerkraut & Cheesy Potatoes
Kielbasa is one of the most satiating one sheet pan meals on the list. You’ll add in sauerkraut, sweet mustard, kielbasa and potatoes. Simple ingredients are the right choice for this dish, and you’ll want to add shredded cheese on top of your potatoes for a burst of flavor.
In a little less than an hour, you’ll be biting into your own cheesy potatoes.
17. Roasted Halloumi Recipe
What a colorful dish with zucchini, tomatoes, yellow squash and other Greek-inspired ingredients. Prep time is just 5 minutes and each serving has 12 grams of carbs, 15 grams of protein and 32 grams of fat.
You can even keep the leftovers for up to three days.
18. Sheet-Pan Mushroom Parmigiana Recipe
Earthy recipes like this are always a hit or miss, but I’m confident that you’ll like this recipe. Portobello mushrooms make up the majority of this bake, along with creamy mozzarella, breadcrumbs and arrabbiata sauce.
19. Easy Vegan Greek Sheet Pan Dinner!
Greek dishes are one of my favorites, so I’m naturally excited to have this dinner on the list. You’ll appreciate the healthy ingredients, such as olive oil, zucchini, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Dijon mustard and even tofu.
Serve with a pita or some rice – or eat on its own.
20. Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin Recipe with Potatoes and Green Beans
Pork tenderloin has never tasted this good. It’s almost like a roast in a pan with pork tenderloin, potatoes and green beans. Chives, butter, garlic and Hoisin sauce add to the savory flavor of this bake.
21. Veggie Pasta with Baked Feta
Fresh and easy to make, this dish takes 25 minutes to make and is 100% vegetarian. You’ll need a pound of Fusilli, baby arugula, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onions and zucchini to get started.
For a light, flavor-filled bake that is low in calories, this veggie bake with feta will work perfectly.
22. Sheet Pan Chicken and Black Bean Nachos
One sheet pan meals rarely are this simple and good. The author provides a recipe for their homemade tortilla chips, and you’ll mix refried beans, shredded cheese, mexi-corn, pico de gallo, cooked chicken, jalapenos and guacamole.
Hot sauce, sour cream and a 17 x 12 sheet pan are the only other things you’ll need for these nachos.
23. Sheet Pan Moroccan Chicken with Sweet Potatoes & Cauliflower
A taste of Morocco is perfect for a nice lunch or dinner. Gluten-free and filled with flavor, this sheet pan meal takes just 45 minutes to cook. Protein-heavy and satiating, this meal offers:

- 40g protein
- 28g fat
You’ll enjoy a delish yogurt sauce, cherries, sweet potatoes and an array of other flavorful ingredients and spices.

24. Sheet Pan Quesadilla
Homemade quesadillas are always a treat for the tastebuds. If you love gooey cheese and a crunchy quesadilla, you won’t want to miss this recipe. You’ll want to buy large tortillas to hold all of your ingredients, which include:

- Bell pepper
- Yellow onion
- Green onions
- Salsa
- Monterey Jack and Colby Jack cheese
- Tons of spices
Bake for 20 minutes, and each square is less than 300 calories.
25. Sheet Pan Pesto Gnocchi
“So, tasty” is an understatement when eating these delightful gnocchi. You’ll need a sheet pan and 30 minutes of your time to make this dish. And, you don’t need that many ingredients, either. You’ll need Italian chicken sausage, pesto, tomatoes, olive oil, potato gnocchi and just a few spices to cook up this dish.
You’ll find a few variations offered in the recipe if you want to change it up.
