The tasty topping features loads of cinnamon and sugar.
Just bake your bread in a loaf pan for about 40 minutes and enjoy.

2. Cinnamon Sticks
These homemade cinnamon sticks beat anything you’ll find in a grocery store bakery or pizza delivery service. The dough itself is, essentially, pizza dough. You’ll just mix water, sugar, yeast, flour, salt and a little olive oil.
It will need to rise for about 30 minutes before you roll out the dough and brush it with butter, cinnamon and sugar. I recommend baking this on a pizza stone for best results.

3. Cruffins
These cruffins are loaded with cinnamon and only require a few ingredients. Rather than making the dough yourself, this recipe calls for refrigerated crescent rolls.
Just roll out each tube into a 12×16-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter evenly over each sheet of dough. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar evenly over the top of each sheet.
Then, tightly roll up each dough sheet into logs. Cut into 12 sections of dough, and place each one in the cup of a muffin tin. Bake for about 20 minutes, and you have a delicious treat that will make your house smell amazing.
4. Apple Cinnamon Cookies
These snickerdoodle-style cookies are one of my favorite cinnamon recipes. Yes, they take time and effort, but you’ll love every last bite.

6. Easy Apple Cinnamon Cake
Warm, gooey and comforting, this apple cinnamon cake will make your home smell like a cafe. The best part? You only need a few ingredients to make this – most of which you probably already have in your pantry.

You can eat the cake as-is, or you can top it with a delicious cream cheese glaze. This would also be delicious with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
7. Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas
You don’t have to bake something complicated to make your home smell amazing. Just slice up a few bananas and fry them in a pan with butter, cinnamon and honey. You can use any type of honey you want, or even maple syrup.

These keto muffins are one of my favorite cinnamon recipes on this list. They’re keto-friendly and taste just like donuts.

13. Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls
The author of this recipe breaks it into three main parts:

- Filling made with brown sugar, butter, ground cinnamon, Biscoff cookies, vanilla extract and Biscoff Cookie butter.
- Frosting made from cream cheese, powdered sugar, Biscoff cookie butter and dairy-free milk.
Activate your yeast in warm milk, combine the ingredients for your dough in a large bowl and then knead it. Let rise, roll out, spread the filling and then cut and allow to rise before baking. While it’s baking, you’ll make your icing and spread it on top when done.

15. Amish Cinnamon Bread
Amish cinnamon recipes are some of the most delish that I’ve had the pleasure of trying. You’ll appreciate the rich flavor that Folk Kitchen offers with this one. Start by prepping your 9×5 loaf pan with butter.
While you have your butter out, use a hand mixer to soften it and then add in your:
- Brown sugar
- Granulated sugar
You’ll mix until it turns to cream and then add in your egg, vanilla and buttermilk. Sift your baking soda and flour into the same bowl and mix thoroughly.
Stir your cinnamon and sugar together and set aside.
Add half of the batter to your pan, followed by half of the cinnamon and sugar mix. Swirl the two together before adding the rest of the batter and smoothing. Cover with the remaining mix and then drizzle melted butter on the loaf before baking.
16. Homemade Monkey Bread
Monkey bread is so good, and while this recipe is 14 steps long, don’t let it scare you into not giving it a try. You’ll only need whole milk, unsalted butter, sugar, active dry yeast, all-purpose flour and salt for the dough.
Your filling will consist of butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
And to speed things up a bit, be sure to have your stand mixer, bundt pan and large bowls handy.

17. Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls
Peach cobbler and cinnamon rolls in one? I’m getting hungry just thinking about these. You’ll start by making the dough, which requires you to dissolve yeast in warm milk with a little bit of sugar.
Once dissolved, add your flour, eggs, butter, sugar and salt into a large bowl. Mix, knead until smooth and let rise for about an hour.
Next up, dice your peaches and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
Assemble your rolls by placing your mixture on the rolled-out dough and cutting into 12 even slices. Bake in a baking dish at 350℉ for about 25 minutes or until golden. Drizzle your homemade frosting (it’s in the recipe) on top and serve warm.
