Let’s be real – the holidays are busy. With all the running around you’re doing, who has time to bake? Fear not! I have 25+ no bake Christmas treats that you can make ahead of time and bring to your next party. Or just enjoy yourself (I’m not judging).
25+ No Bake Christmas Treats To Make Ahead
1. Salted Peanut Butter No Bake Christmas Trees
These no-bake treats are a labor of love, but they are so worth it. Bars made from creamy peanut butter, quick oats, crushed pretzels and rice cereal are topped with a decadent layer of chocolate. To create the Christmas tree design, you’ll need some sprinkles and green food coloring.
2. Edible Pinecones
This clever treat uses chocolate Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal to create the pine cone edges and a filling of peanut butter and Nutella for the base. You can make these tasty treats up to three days in advance. Kids will love them!
3. Peanut Butter Snowballs
These snowballs are classic no bake Christmas treats. The rich peanut butter filling adds graham cracker crumbs, vanilla and powdered sugar to make each ball more pliable and delicious. Dip in melted white chocolate and top with holiday sprinkles. Each batch makes 30 snowballs, so you can easily feed a crowd or give as gifts.
4. Rice Krispie Christmas Puddings
Technically, there’s no pudding involved with this treat – but there’s plenty of chocolate. You’ll make Rice Krispies treats from scratch with milk chocolate and top with melted white chocolate. To make the holly decoration, you’ll need white fondant and green and red food coloring (or you can use colored fondant if you want to save time).

5. Snowman Oreo Balls
How adorable are these snowman Oreo balls? The Oreo balls are so easy to make, but you’ll need a little patience and creativity to decorate them. Just blend Oreo cookies with cream cheese and roll each ball in melted white chocolate.
To make the hats, use half a mini Oreo for the base and Rolo candy for the top.

6. Gingerbread Cheesecake
This gingerbread cheesecake looks just as gorgeous as it is delicious. The ginger biscuit base is divine and the cheesecake filling is full of warm winter spices. To decorate this cake, you’ll need melted white chocolate, mini gingerbread men, fresh rosemary, star anise, cinnamon sticks and sprinkles.
7. Modern Sugar Plums
This recipe puts a modern twist on the classic sugar plum. These little treats are a blend of apricots, prunes, cranberries, almonds, pecans, winter spices and cherry jam. Each plum is dipped in coarse purple sugar to give it that classic sugar plum look. You can add a sprig of rosemary to the top as a stem if you like.
These treats will last in the refrigerator for several weeks, but you can also freeze them for long-term storage.
8. Peppermint Oreo Truffles
One of my favorite treats to make during the holidays is Oreo truffles. This recipe adds peppermint extract into the mix for a festive flavor. You can get as creative as you want with decorating your truffles, but the basic recipe is simple:
- Blend Oreo cookies and cream cheese
- Dip in melted white chocolate
You can add holiday sprinkles, crushed candy canes or whatever other decorations you want.
You can make these several days ahead. Just make sure they’re stored in the refrigerator.
9. Chocolate Peppermint Lasagna
A no-bake, sweet and tasty “lasagna” that everyone will love. This treat features layers of ground whole Oreos, peppermint cream cheese, chocolate pudding and whipped topping. It’s a decadent dessert, but one that everyone will be raving about.
10. Puffcorn Christmas Munch
One of my favorite no bake Christmas treats to enjoy on Christmas morning. It’s so easy to make, and you only need three ingredients: puffcorn, Christmas sprinkles and almond bark. Just dip the puffcorn in the melted chocolate and top with the sprinkles. Once hardened, you can add your treats into bags and give them away as gifts or keep them for yourself.
11. Candy Cane Marshmallow Pops
These marshmallow pops are SO easy and such a fun treat to eat. If you want, you can even have the kids help you make these. You’ll need some marshmallows, melted chocolate and crushed candy canes. Just dip one end of the marshmallow in chocolate, roll in the crushed candy cane and add a whole candy cane as the stick.
12. No-Bake Christmas Wreath Cookies
No-bake cookies? Sign me up! This treat uses cornflakes, marshmallows and butter to create a cookie-like base. Green food coloring gives them a festive color, and you can add red hots or red M&Ms to create little berries on each wreath.
13. No- Bake Eggnog Pie
Every year I look forward to eggnog – and everything eggnog flavored. If you’re like me, you’ll love this pie. It’s essentially a pudding pie, but instead of chocolate, you’ll use vanilla pudding spiced with eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg. Grab a graham cracker pie base to save time, and don’t forget the whipped topping.
14. Peppermint Bark
A super simple, quick and tasty treat that you can make ahead and share this holiday. To make this, you’ll need peppermint candies, white chocolate, semi-dark chocolate and peppermint extract. Carefully layer each type of chocolate and top with crushed candy cane. Easy!
15. White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge
Who doesn’t love fudge – especially around the holidays? It’s easier than you think to make homemade fudge. You’ll need two main things: white chocolate and condensed milk. Add some dried cranberries, let your fudge set, and you have a tasty treat that’s ready to be enjoyed.

16. No Bake Cookie Eggnog Cookie Truffles
Eggnog is one of my favorite options during Christmas and these truffles are just another reason to add eggnog to my grocery list. You’ll make cookie dough and roll it with white chocolate. And while no baking is involved, you will need about an hour for this recipe.
17. White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Rods
One quick look at these pretzel roads and I was thinking, “oh, I know how to make these.” You’ll buy the pretzel roads, melt butter and white chocolate together before dipping the end of the pretzel in the mixture.
Crush up peppermint candy mints and roll the chocolate-covered end of the pretzel into the crushed mints before, allowing it to cool and harden.
18. No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Hearty oats, cocoa and peanut butter are the three main ingredients you’ll need for these delish oatmeal cookies. Perfect for last-minute gatherings, these cookies take 10 minutes to make and only about 20 minutes to chill before serving.
Easy to make, you’ll add cocoa, milk, butter and sugar into a sauce pan and heat until the butter is melted. Add in your quick-cooking oats and then let chill before putting them on a baking sheet and cutting into a cookie shape.
19. Chocolate Drizzled Peppermint Rice Krispie Treats
If all no bake Christmas treats tasted this good, no one would bake again. A Cultivated Nest teaches us how to make this treat, and unlike some of the other recipes on the list, they use premade Rice Krispies and add peppermint marshmallows to make the pinkish color.
Crushed candy canes, chocolate chips and/or chocolate candy melts are added to the top.
20. Sugar Cookie Fudge
Creamy and rich are two words to describe this fudge. While no baking is involved, this recipe will take about two hours from start to finish. You’ll make fudge out of butter, milk, sugar, vanilla and flour.
A white chocolate mixture will be mixed into the sugar cookie fudge and then sprinkles are added to the top.
21. Double Mint Chocolate Dipped Candy Canes
Candy canes, semi-sweet chocolate chips and striped candy mints are all you need for this sweet treat. Crush the mints, melt the chocolate and then dip the end of the candy cane in the mixture before letting it cool.
If you’re a fan of candy canes, this is a must-try recipe.

22. Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Crackers
Ritz crackers, creamy peanut butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips are the only three ingredients you need for these crackers. You’ll place the crackers on a baking sheet, top with peanut butter and then place another cracker on top.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, dip the sandwich in the mixture and let it cool.
23. Reindeer Rice Krispie Treats
I just can’t – how cute are these Rice Krispie treats? Candy eyes and the pretzel antlers make me feel horrible eating these treats. But this nine-ingredient recipe has you making the Rice Krispies treats with:
- Rice cereal
- Marshmallows
- Butter
- Vanilla
- Salt
And then you’ll use chocolate, pretzels and red and brown candies to adorn each one to look like a reindeer.
24. Mint Chocolate Bars
Festive and delicious. These chocolate bars have three main layers:
- Base made of white sugar, cocoa powder, egg, shredded coconut and graham cracker crumbs.
- Filling made of powdered sugar, milk and peppermint extract.
- Ganache made with chocolate chips.
Butter is used in all three layers, and while no baking is necessary, you’ll still need to melt the butter and use an electric mixer to smooth out the layers.
25. Christmas Tree Cookies
How cute are these treats? You’ll need to melt butter in the microwave and mix with milk, sugar, coconut, vanilla or mint. Food coloring adds the green coloring, and you’ll need to use your fingers to shape the trees into a cone shape.
The author of this recipe will teach you how to make the frosting top with colorful M&Ms.
26. Cornflake Candy
Four ingredients are all you need for this cornflake candy. You’ll need corn syrup, granulated sugar, creamy peanut butter and cornflakes. I always like these easy recipes that only require you to dissolve sugar in the corn syrup mixture and then pour it into the peanut butter.
Spread over the cornflakes and allow to cool.
