Delicious Chocolate Coconut Balls

- 2 cups Desiccated coconut
- 7 oz Sweetened condensed milk
- 7 oz Dark chocolate bars (about 2 bars)
In a mixing bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the coconut until everything is well coated.
Use a small scoop or measure 1 tablespoon’s worth of the coconut mixture and roll into balls. Place in freezer until firm, about 15 minutes.
Add chopped chocolate to a metal bowl over a saucepan with water, and stir gently and frequently until the chocolate has completely melted. The chocolate should be smooth and glossy.
Dip balls in the melted chocolate and place them on a wax paper-covered tray or baking sheet. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes or until serving.
