Delicious Chocolate Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Desiccated coconut
  • 7 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 7 oz Dark chocolate bars (about 2 bars)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the coconut until everything is well coated.
  • Use a small scoop or measure 1 tablespoon’s worth of the coconut mixture and roll into balls. Place in freezer until firm, about 15 minutes.
  • Add chopped chocolate to a metal bowl over a saucepan with water, and stir gently and frequently until the chocolate has completely melted. The chocolate should be smooth and glossy.
  • Dip balls in the melted chocolate and place them on a wax paper-covered tray or baking sheet. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes or until serving.
