Break the chocolate bar into smaller pieces, put it into a bowl, and place it over a pot with simmering water until melted.
Whisk the chocolate, take the bowl off the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, begin by washing the balloons, then blow up your balloons and put them aside.
Line a tray with a baking sheet.
To create a chocolate balloon bowl, hold the knotted end of the balloon and dip it into the melted chocolate. Make sure to spray each balloon before dipping. Then, stand the dipped balloon on the tray and hold the balloon for a few seconds until it is stable.
After dipping the ballon in the chocolate, you can also dip it into ground pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, or even sprinkles to add extra texture and flavor to it.
Dip the remaining balloons and let them chill for at least 15 minutes, then put them in the fridge for 15-30 minutes until solid.
Pop the balloons and remove them from the chocolate bowls.
Fill with your chosen dessert – cold mousse or ice cream are the best because they keep the chocolate bowls longer.
